unfortunately we don't provide any Gondola ride, there are few spots in the area, and many on the way to Rialto and San Marco. We can suggest you the best in our opinion during your check in at the Hotel.

Hi, My girlfriend and I absolutely love the look of Locanda Sant'Agostin and want to stay. However it says the checkin time ends at 20:00, and our flight gets into Marco Polo airport at 21:40. Is there any chance of being allowed to check in after 20:00?

Do you have a lift?

Greetings, no unfortunately we don't have any lift. The Hotel is at the first floor of a venetian palace and there are less than 20 steps to climb in order to reach it.

Do you have any self service laundry facilities at your place? Or where is the closest self service washing machine and tumbler dryer shop - could you give me the name and address please. Thank you

Unfortunately we don't provide any laundry or self laundry service. The nearest to us is Lavanderia self-service, Santa Croce, 665/A

Are rooms all located on upper floors? Would it be possible to request a lower floor if there is no lift/elevator?

All rooms are on the first floor. We don't have a elevator.

The Hotel doesn't have any parking car. You should look for Garage SanMarco or Tronchetto Interparking

The best way from Treviso Airport to Piazzale Roma in Venice is to take the ATVO shuttle bus. From there is just minutes walking to our Locanda, or you can take a waterbus and get off at the stop SAN STAE or a water taxi to Sant'Agostin Square.

Fantástico
El servicio del personal fue inmejorable. Todos eran súper atentos y amables. Además, la habitación era enorme y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno, aunque no es tipo buffet, tenía de todo y estaba muy bueno.

Es un pequeño hotel con mucho encanto, ubicado en una calle tranquila y bastante céntrica. Restaurantes y bares recomendables alrededor.La limpieza es impecable. Nos encantó.
